This is a simple tool which can help you follow a points based diet, such as Slimming World Syns or Weight Watchers Points. Points can be recorded within a few simple clicks. The main screen shows your current daily and/or weeks points total plus can be configured to show the days remaining points and Bonus points (Weekly 49) usage. Click the total(s) and you'll be shown a breakdown of all the points recorded that week. All weeks Points are stored and are also available for review.In addition to tracking Points you can now also keep a track of your weight!This application does not come preloaded with Syn or Weight Watchers Point values. This is due to a number of reasons. The app will remember every item you enter and builds up a library of points values based on your daily entries, or you can add your own entries to the library. We've all been doing these schemes long enough to know what most things 'cost' haven't we? :-) So if you are expecting this app to tell you the points value of items this is not the app for you, if however you are looking for a quick and simple way to track what you have used then this is the app for you!This application also comes with 3 widgets, a subtle icon widget, a 2x1 and 4x1 sized widget. These will display your daily and/or weekly points total on your devices home screen. The 4x1 widget includes shortcut buttons to the Add screen and summary tables. From the Settings Menu you can email or follow me on twitter if you have any issues or ideas on how to improve this application.This app can be used in conjunction with The Points Calculator app which provides a simple calculator for providing the Points values based on food stats.
